At a $50 per hour rate, an email-heavy freelancer reclaims roughly 4 hours a month, about $200 of billable capacity against a $15 bill. It runs on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. An earlier version of this review said Mac only; that was correct when written and is now wrong. Dragon is not the alternative it used to be.
